We are fortunate as a business to be part of a group of companies specialising in the contact centre industry, the IPPlus PLC Group, so we know our market well. In particular we benefit from our close relationship with our sister company, CallScripter. Our integrations with CallScripter enable us to provide a fully hosted contact centre environment that includes hosted agent scripting and call management systems as well as a fully hosted telephony offering.

IPPlus PLC has been trading for over 10 years, and is quoted on the London Stock Exchange AIM Market. The group has over 200 employees working from our headquarters in Ipswich, Suffolk.
