The IP3 Telecom network captures the DTMF (keypad tones) entered by the customer and prevents the tone from travelling down the line to the agent.  The relevant keypad entry data is encrypted in the network and sent to your chosen payment service provider to securely process the request.

While this is happening the agent remains in conversation with the caller, with the caller's keypad progress logged on the agent’s screen by asterisks against the sensitive fields (PAN, Expiry, CV2).

PCI-PAL can be integrated with any major payment service provider, and it has no effect on your existing call centre routing plans and ACD.
